— Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the 888fw platform, form the entire agreement between you and 888fw. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

888fw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed prominently at the top of this document. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any revision, you must stop using the platform and, if applicable, close your account in accordance with the Account Closure procedure described in Section 7.

These Terms are written in English. If any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall govern in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.

• Implied Acceptance: Accessing the 888fw website, mobile application, or any associated service constitutes acceptance of these Terms, whether or not you have registered an account.
• Registration Acceptance: Completing the 888fw account registration process and clicking the confirmation checkbox constitutes explicit, recorded acceptance of these Terms at the date and time of registration.
• Capacity to Contract: By accepting these Terms, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are acting on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind that person or entity to these Terms.
• Electronic Agreement: You agree that this electronic agreement is as binding and enforceable as a written, signed contract. You waive any right to claim that the absence of a physical signature renders this agreement unenforceable.

Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to keep that information updated throughout your use of the platform. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and any other information requested during the registration or verification process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. 888fw is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing the first withdrawal and at other times determined by our compliance team. KYC verification requires submission of a valid National Identity Card (NID) or other acceptable government-issued identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be required. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to the account.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 888fw will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 888fw support immediately and change your password.

• One Account Per Household: In general, only one account per household or shared IP address is permitted. Exceptions may be granted at 888fw's sole discretion following identity verification of all parties.
• Account Non-Transferability: Accounts and account balances are non-transferable between players. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights under it to any other person.
• Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if no login or transaction activity has occurred for a period of twelve consecutive months. 888fw may apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
• Account Closure by Player: You may request closure of your 888fw account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Any eligible balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.

Eligibility for Bonuses. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have accepted the applicable promotion terms at the time of opt-in. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, on their first qualifying deposit. Existing players may be eligible for reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-based promotions (such as BPL season deposits matches or Eid reload offers) as announced on the 888fw promotions page.

Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered in total thirty times its value before a withdrawal is permitted. Wagering contributions by game type vary — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a lower rate, and certain games may be excluded entirely. The contribution table for each promotion is available on the relevant promotion page.

Bonus Abuse. 888fw employs automated and manual monitoring to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets that cover multiple outcomes simultaneously to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements ("hedging"), using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors or miscalculated odds, and coordinating with other players to circumvent bonus conditions. Where bonus abuse is identified, 888fw reserves the right to void the bonus, remove any associated winnings, and close the account. Forfeited funds will not be returned.

Bonus Validity Period. All bonuses carry an expiry date, after which unused bonus funds and any associated free spins will be automatically removed from the account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of the expiry terms for each bonus accepted.

888fw's Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions. 888fw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and made the qualifying deposit, the player's entitlement under the original terms will be honoured in full. Promotions are not available in jurisdictions where they are prohibited by law.

Suspension by 888fw. 888fw may suspend access to an account at any time while an investigation is ongoing. Grounds for suspension include suspected fraud, suspected money laundering activity, suspected bonus abuse, receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute, failure to complete KYC verification within the required period, or any other circumstance in which 888fw determines that suspension is necessary to protect the platform or other players. During a suspension, deposits and withdrawals will be restricted and access to gameplay may be limited. 888fw will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension where legally permissible to do so.

Closure by 888fw. 888fw may permanently close an account following an investigation that confirms a breach of these Terms. Upon closure for cause, bonus balances and any balances derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Balances from genuine deposits that are not connected to prohibited conduct may be returned at 888fw's discretion following the conclusion of any applicable investigation and compliance review period.

Voluntary Closure by Player. You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting 888fw support via live chat or at [email protected]. Your request will be processed within two business days. Any eligible remaining balance will be paid out to your verified payment method. You may not open a new account for a period of 24 hours following voluntary closure. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool rather than simple account closure, as self-exclusion provides stronger protections against re-registration.

Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the 888fw platform for responsible gaming reasons may apply for self-exclusion for a period of their choosing, from a minimum of 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be inaccessible, no new account may be opened, and 888fw will make reasonable efforts to identify and block re-registration attempts.
